So what are the options for adding coaching to your leadership skills?

1. Undertake coaching skills training

Coaching is not complicated but it takes academically to practice in a safe environment. Many schools of coaching, professional bodies and providers of personal development courses offer introductory courses lasting 2-3 days. This is a great way to develop basic skills.
